Trouble Shooting Blade GTR250-2013

Troubleshoot Sharing
Naza Blade 250R 2013 model
Running report: 1000km

1) FI indicator-- happen cause gear position is not in neutral ( engine can start well when pulling clutch. No problem)
1) 3k-4k RPM power loss-- cracked plug cap ( fix by waranty claim at Naza)
2) Voltage drop at 8k RPM-- battery terminal lose ( DIY retighten)
3) Rear Lamp(LED)-- insulation poor, vapour traces inside rear lamp ( reinsulate at car accessory shop- RM30)
4) Rear brake squicking-- Brake 2nd piston not fully release ( Fix by service at bengkel, RM5)
5) Front brake squicking-- Brake 2nd piston not fully release ( Fix by service at bengkel, RM5)
6) Throttel cable lag-- Extraction side cable colapse from its clip ( DIY and arrange back to the clamp)
7) clutch cable tension abnormal-- cable not properly arrange at the same clamp as throtle. ( DIY rearrange)
8) 30-50 kmh sway-- front tyre pressure 25/ rear 29psi. ( DIY pump tyre air pressure to front 29/ rear 32psi)
9) 80-110 kmj sway conering-- founded rear monoshock(KYB) touching absober cap ( realign back RM30/ better claim warranty from NAZA)
10) buzzer sound when braking front-- still in my troubleshooting list.
11) oil Cooler-- oil traces founded at inlet/outlet oil cooler fitting ( fix, change the iron washer type to cooper washer type)-- naza give iron washer on oil flow??what the
12) oil drain plug seal-- remember to change drain plug seal at every 3000km ( replace RM0.30 at workshop)
13) metal vibrate sound at front side-- still under inspection, suspected wiring clamp gap at front area( DIY put on double tap for vibrate absorpstion)
14) sprocket chain tension-- founded that chain tension need to readjust at every 300km(on new bike) ( Stock chain use clip type chain. COUTION. this type of chain not recomended use under high speed above 120kmj too hot)
